Heart Necklace by Jb-612 Heart Necklace by Jb-612
Heart necklace!

Made of dix gold (a type of brass designed to look like gold)

I actually really like this piece...it needs a better chain though. :)

Love this.

You should do a whole series of organs. Bones would be cool too, since I guess besides lungs there aren't that many quickly recognizable organs...

My old endocrynologyst had a neon thyroid. it was pretty rad.

I should do a thyroid choker.

Would it be possible to get a two hearted necklace (Time Lord)?

Hmm, I'm sure you could, but the design would be tricky - I'm finding out that you can make almost anything, the difficult part is making it wearable...

That's amazing. You made that? I'm very impressed, the details and how it looks like a real human heart is incredible. :wow:

Thank you! Its 3 pieces of brass sawed out of a sheet and soldered together, pretty simple actually. :) It's the polishing that makes it look fancy - I dont have a lot of patience for polishing, but I took the time to get this one really shiny. :D

That looks cool. I like how it looks like it is done in sections an not 1 solid looking piece.

Yeah, it was done in sections actually - its 3 separate pieces overlaid and soldered together. Pretty dang simple from a construction standpoint! Which is good because I'm not very good at jewelry making yet...:)
